Travel To and Within Scotland

Scotland is easily accessible by air with flights arriving daily from many European destinations and further afield to both Edinburgh and Glasgow airports.

There are also frequent connections to London, the other Scottish airports and the outlying Islands, all of which make air travel a viable proposition.

Scotland is well served by all common methods of transport, offering the traveller the choice of car, rail, coach or aeroplane.

For travel within Edinburgh there is a regular bus service, while in Glasgow an underground train system, covering the city centre, operates in addition to the bus service.
